Eduardo brings deep experience in large-scale marketplace integrations, high-volume digital operations, mission-critical cloud architectures, and machine-learning-based automation. His background spans systems used across telecommunications, retail, and national e-commerce infrastructures — including integrations with platforms such as MadeiraMadeira, Google Merchant, and Meta. He holds a postgraduate specialization in Artificial Intelligence with an emphasis on Machine Learning, and leads NelAI with a focus on translating enterprise-grade capability into tools SMEs can actually use.
